What are the warning signs of a heart attack?

You may have one or more of the following warning signs.
1.chest pain or discomfort
2. pain or discomfort in your arms, back, jaw, or neck
3. indigestion or stomach pain
4.shortness of breath
5.sweating
6. nausea
7 light-headedness

Or, you may have no warning signs at all. Warning signs may come and go. If you have any of these warning signs, call 911 right away. Getting prompt treatment can reduce damage to the heart.

Many people think a heart attack is sudden and intense, like a "movie" heart attack, where a person clutches his or her chest and falls over.
The truth is that many heart attacks start slowly, as a mild pain or discomfort. If you feel such a symptom, you may not be sure what's wrong. Your symptoms may even come and go. Even those who have had a heart attack may not recognize their symptoms, because the next attack can have entirely different ones.
